- 50% price of the apartment at first year
- 50% price of the apartment at second year
Aforesaid installments shall be paid once within each two months
You will be discounted of USD $50 for each meter square, if you pay apartments’ total price. But if you pay apartment’s half price, USD $20 will be your discount for.
